Net 30 day payment for orders over $5,000 or established customers:

For all wholesale buyers with orders totaling over $5,000 or established customers with a prior purchasing history, the payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. This means that payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Payment due upon delivery for orders under $5,000 or first-time customers:

For all orders under $5,000 or for first-time customers without an established purchasing history, payment is due upon delivery of the products. We kindly request that the payment is made promptly upon receipt of the order.

Accepted payment methods:

Payment for orders can be made using two methods:

a. ACH Wire Transfer: Wholesale buyers can initiate payment through ACH wire transfer. Our accounting department will provide the necessary banking details for the transactionupon request.

b. Credit Card: Authorization form attached. Card will be charged upon the shipment of your order.

 Damaged products in transit:

MDbio takes utmost care in packaging and shipping products. However, in the unfortunate event that any products are damaged during transit, we offer reimbursement to the customer. To initiate the reimbursement process, the customer should notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged products. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records.

Reimbursement options:

Upon confirmation of the damaged products, we offer two reimbursement options:

a. Credit to Customer Account: The customer's account will be credited for the value of the damaged products, which can be applied towards future purchases.

b. Refund: If preferred, we can issue a refund to the customer's payment method used for the original transaction.
