Order processing and shipment timeframe:

All orders placed with The Doctors Brand LLC are guaranteed to be processed within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the approved invoice and purchase agreement. The shipment of products will be dispatched from our company warehouse no later than 10 business days after the invoice and purchase agreement have been approved.

Shipments will be sent through FedEx business accounts to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The incurred shipping costs will be clearly outlined and itemized on the invoice for transparency and accurate record-keeping. The Doctors Brand LLC can also provide competitive pricing for other carriers that are approved with our fulfillment center. Large pallet orders will be discussed with the customer.

Rush deliveries: 

For any urgent or rush delivery requirements, customers are encouraged to discuss these needs with our sales or customer service representatives before the purchase agreement is executed. While we will make best efforts to accommodate rush deliveries, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances might impact the exact delivery time.
